cod 6 multiplayer tips?
ive been playing it for a long time now, but i think i could be better advised. what are some perks that are kind of useless, and the ones that are needed, i think commando is one of the more important ones.

also what are your tips for being a sniper.

for snipe use stooping power steady aim thermal scope
Oscar | Feb 04, 2010

for a sniper you need to play hardcore team death match and your perks are
resupply (on long/big maps) or quick reload (on small maps with the acog scope on)
cold blooded
steady aim

you want to have claymores and you can set 2 at a time with resupply on, and since your on hardcore you dont need stopping power bc its one hit kills with snipers.

and you dont want to always use thermal, not on all levels. and on the close up lvls use the acog scope on a sniper

What is this worship called?
To worship the son of satan, the anti-christ. And believe Satan had a second coming like Jesus did. Also to worship hatred and evil. An actual character named God is the father of Jesus. But i do not worship them, instead we worship the anti-christ. We do not worship Satan, i worship his son for he is the unstoppible for any living or unliving creature such as God. Satan will have his third coming and the Anti-Christ will protect him from any encounters that try to stop him. And when he comes for the third coming to rule the earth, I will walk by his side and fight for him.

Was this a really stupid idea girls? I tried to kiss her..?
Well last night after work a few people stayed for a beer. It was us 4 guys and 2 girls.
I ask one of the mangers for a ride home. The girl I like julia said no no ill drive him home.

Anyways we left, we were having some good talks. She was laughing and same with me. We get to my house and my next door neighbor is having people over so I ask her if she want’s to come. She laughed because I’m 19 and she 22. She said I feel so old if I went in.

I told her to stop being a chicken and she said I’m no chicken and than I said lets go. So we hop out of the car. We went in. We chilled for a bit had one or two drinks I got her number to. Than she had to go. I walk her to her car. She wanted to have a smoke so I hopped in and had one with her.

We started talking more and I notice she had these cherries hanging off her rear view mirror and I told her I hate cherries and she asked why and I said just things to do with my ex gf she than ripped them off quickly and said well lets get those out of the picture(I wondered if she does like me?). Than well she was talking I said would this be awkward? I leaned over to kiss her. She said yeah that be awkward… I said oh sorry. I’m gonna be honest to you. Your a really good looking girl and Ive had a crush I guess you could say on you for the pass little bit… She said yeah I understand but I don’t wanna date anyone because I always screw it up but right after she said "Yeah this is time for me to g". I than said "who ever said I was looking to date? If your looking for just fun than were in the same boat." She wanted to have another smoke but she ran out so we drove to the store weirdly after she wanted to go she invites me to come. We went in the store to get smokes together and I wanted to buy my pack first and I took out my card and than she pushed me over and said don’t worry ill pay.I felt embarrassed.

Anyways the clerk said your very lucky to have such a good looking and generous girlfriend. She started laughing because he thought we were dating. We left and we got in the car laughing because of everything that just happen 5 mins before. She took me back home and I said well we should hang out again anyways I had a good time. And she yeah Tuesday we should. I said sure than left.

What is your thoughts? I’m think well just be friends that might hook up once if I’m lucky.
I always got the feeling she thought I was cute because she always stares at me well working. So I took the chance. Not good results but I’m happy I tried anyways.

I think that she probably likes you (at least form what you described ) but is a lil weirded out by the idea of you two together cause she’s a lil older than you. Most girls have the idea that they need to date someone older then themselves. Next time if you feel like you have an opportunity to kiss her take it. She’s either going to kiss you back (which seems likely) or say no.

Is it just me or do any of you think bands 'go off' after success arrives.?
Queens first two albums were brilliant, then a certain sameness crept in.Zeppelin were excellent on the first four then weirdsville moved in,Genesis were fine til after the Lamb but that could be Gabriel leavin. Is it the fact it all starts to sound a bit samey….comments please…hey you cant be doin much else if youre on here .

Yup. It’s just like restaurants. When they start out, they work hard, are creative, care about the product, but once they make it, they forget to take care of the customer.

curmudgeon | Sep 19, 2006

well if it works why not do it again..
or you could be like mcr, all their albums are different. but all distinctively mcr
so random i may just cry | Sep 19, 2006

I think that bands think they have done enough to win a ’sound’ fan base and therefore experiment a bit. They can afford to now. They have money to invest in ‘proper’ producers. By this time the band have developed a sound which is nearer to what they were trying to create in the first place. Unfortunately, the cost in lost fans is immeasurable.
Moorglade | Sep 19, 2006

i think that some bands get over promoted (sissor sistors) and this inturn makes them think they are alot better than they actually are

coldplay are another example of this

the more bands think of the money the less creative they get and sound to samey they forget about the fans and let them down.
oasis did this with their 3rd album.
!Sarah! | Sep 19, 2006

I think music is a spiritual force (and the people in it are influenced spiritually) for either good or evil. The Devil himself is a musician, as is God, and both their respective people. R&R is the most destructive force ever unleashed on this earth, IMHO.
I believe it has lead to death and destruction in many people’s lives, and I include R&B, jazz, motown, rap, etc. in that catagory.
Just because it didn’t in your life (yet?) does not negate what I’m saying-Satan has many arrows in his (spiritual) quiver, and he can just fire another at you until you get struck through!

Daniel 3:5

As soon as you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipes and all kinds of music, you must fall down and worship the image of gold that King Nebuchadnezzar has set up.
Josh | Sep 19, 2006

The trouble with most groups is they go touring and they never seem to spend enough time working on producing good new songs. It is the songs that count in the long term and if artists do not produce good new material they fade to become live acts churning out the same old stuff.
torbrexbones | Sep 19, 2006

I think half the problem is that few bands dare to go it alone, without a record company.
If this were to happen, the artist would receive more money instead of working hard only to fill the pockets of the producer. They could then create the music they want to make, and experiment a bit more, instead of being regulated and deadlined by record companies. They could also create the image they want to create and be normal human beings for once.
But it has to be said- not all bands go off after becoming popular.I am a fan of both New Order and Depeche Mode, whose first couple of albums were awful, only for them to improve with time- Power Corruption and Lies is brilliant, as is Construction Time Again. The only problem comes is where fame and not the music came first, which is not the case with either band.
But something has to be said about independant record companies and smaller ones as well- they are not big and so it is not about paying the staff or bending to the demands of superstars. The small companies are much more aware of making good music and are more likely to sign ‘risky’ bands and alternative bands as well. Small and independant companies usually produce the best music- look at Factory records and Joy Division, or Mute Rcords and Depeche Mode.
fassa | Sep 19, 2006

Its true band’s seemingly get stuck in a same same spin cycle. I think they hit a comfort zone and its much easier to go with that than to be truely radical and try new things and pee off your fans case in point – Oasis. I can honestly think of only 1 band who have kept experimenting and keep trying to be innovative and fresh….radiohead. Think about how far they have come since pablo honey…..they truly are pioneers without peer.

Of all the changes that have taken place in English-language newspapers during the past quarter-century, perhaps the most far-reaching has been the inexorable decline in the scope and seriousness of their arts coverage. I need help starting a opening scene for a screenplay?
My friends and I are working on a Horror Anthology script which we plan to shoot in the beginning of summer for an entry in a film festival…We have the stories finalized we have characters the only problem is how to tie it up together. We could go somewhere as a ’50’s comic book ala Creepshow or have a narrator ala Night Gallery or just intertwine them all ala Trick r Treat. Great films by the way but I rather keep it original or mesh those particular films into one? I don’t know I am caught on the fence here if you have a truly original concept how to bring a horror anthology stories together PLEASE let me know! I’ll include you in a very special thanks with the project

Have a narrator, a la, "Tales From The Crypt" but make her a sweet old granny and call the movie, "Grandma’s Feather Bed".

Opening Scene:

Int. Large bedroom. Corner of bed visible.

SFX: "Grandma’s Feather Bed" plays in the background.

Grandma is seen hobbling into the room.

Zoom to Grandma, close-up.

GRANDMA:
Hello, babies! You do like Grandma’s feather bed, don’t you?

(Laughs evilly)

But have you thought of what’s UNDER Grandma’s feather bed?

(Cackles as the camera pans and then zooms under the bed. Transition to black, then fade up to first scene of first story)

You can then use Grandma as the transition between stories. Perhaps Grandma can even give a hint of each story before the pan and zoom under the bed.
